Before you KICK THINGS OFF I wanted to pop in with a quick little SELF-CHECK for each of you to do!

This SURGE is ALL about INVITING {to be your FRIEND, to FOLLOW your JOURNEY, to join your GROUPS, to join your TEAM!} but a VERY IMPORTANT aspect of that is your SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE and what it SAYS about YOU!

Your FB TIMELINE & IG PROFILE are your BUSINESS STORE FRONTS -- but guys, you aren't focused on selling SHAKEOLOGY at your "store"... people are coming there to buy into Y-O-U!!! 

Now for some of you that might completely freak you out! But trust me when I say... YOU HAVE MORE VALUE TO OFFER than you probably REALIZE just yet! In fact, I'd be willing to bet your story would relate and resonate with HUNDREDS, if not THOUSANDS of others who are living out something similar, yet are going it alone. Hence WHY it's so important to consistently CONNECT with new faces and take steps to go outside your comfort zone and authentically SHARE your journey!

Now -- Let's get back to that STORE-FRONT of YOURS!

I don't know about YOU, but if I go to someone's profile and they have a DOG as their picture... I don't quite connect with that person! Sure, I love dogs... but I have no idea if it's a MAN, WOMAN, TEEN... Someone in their 20s, 30s, 80s? Haha! I am going to breeze on by! 

---> As much as you might LOVE your dog, kid, hubby, whatev...YOU are now running a business, it's time to put YOUR best FACE forward friends! Haha! Don't have a pic you like that is JUST you, bright & clear? Your GOAL by tomorrow is to TAKE ONE & have it UP! 

---> Your TIMELINE is a way to share WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT! I like to have some of my passions on there! Here are some examples to check out: (notice - NO Beachbody STOCK photos! Remember -- We are showcasing YOU!)

---> Check your FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM (if you use it) SETTINGS and make sure people can friend request & message you! (Even better, set your preferences to PUBLIC so that people that are NOT your friends can see your posts!)

HEY GUYS! Everything we are sharing in here is BASED ON this INVITE FUNNEL!

Now notice, the funnel is WIDER at the TOP and more narrow at the bottom, meaning there will be LESS people qualified/wanting to participate at each level. THAT is NORMAL and totally expected!

However, the mistake I see people make is that they start their coaching journey by talking to the 5-10 people they are comfortable with... invite them to a free group -- let's say HALF say yes (5) --> from the free group they invite them to a challenge group, let's say 2 say yes --> but one only takes the steps to purchase and join... and then that one is in the challenge group, but doesn't want to become a coach... and WOMP WOMP, they've now run out of options and don't know what to do!

THE KEY with this funnel is KEEPING IT FULL and never "BANKING" on any one person!

You need to be RE-CONNECTING with old friends & ADDING NEW FRIENDS DAILY in order to keep that funnel FULL and FRESH!!!

I have seen no less than FIVE posts from our team this very week that looked
almost
IDENTICAL to the ones on the left. 

This will get you unfollowed because it's just NOT what people wanna see in their newsfeed. It's
been so very overdone for so very many years - it's white noise and it screams I AM GONNA TRY TO
SELL YOU SOMETHING regardless of what VALUE and THOUGHT you actually wrote IN the
post. (Which I'll add the posts themselves were mostly amazing BUT wasted effort because the pic
just made people scroll on by)....

STAND OUT and let the fact that YOU HAVE THAT IT FACTOR lead the way. 
The ones on the right are great examples. 
Lindsay Sager had another amazing one JUST NOW.

Bottom line, CEOs SERVE OTHERS (ALWAYS).
I would argue there's nothing in that with the photos on the left. 🦋

Make people wanna jump right into your pic and steal a sip or bite!!! Or ask you WHAT ARE YOU DRINKING?

This isn't "basic" super juice is it? so don't be basic in your posts. It'll never get you ahead in this biz. 😘😘😘

I hear it every time a new person goes through my official Social Team Builder training too and trust me... I get it... but that was BEFORE!!!!

Those Free Groups you hosted in the past... did they speak to your avatar? (or were they scripted from your up-line and literally designed to be generic)

Did you treat the people in those free groups like they were paying customers already? (or did you push them through with posts from a scheduler because you didn't want to give them too much of your time?)

Were you honest with participants and share your true story? (or did you try to be perfect so they'd "take you seriously")

Did you HAVE FUN???? (or did you grumble the whole way through because it wasn't "Making you any money")

Did you, in fact, wish every participant the best REGARDLESS of if they ever made a purchase from you? (Or did you almost feel they owed it to you to buy afterward?)

If you cannot honestly say YES to all of those questions above... then do NOT skip today's lesson!!

CONTENT CREATION TIPS!

Today is all about CONTENT CREATION & CONSISTENCY as a coach!

We went over how to craft your first invite, how to share the details of the challenge naturally, how to invite privately & how to handle objections... NOW it's time to chat about how to keep this train MOVING forward in a positive direction -- which is done by learning to share your journey effectively!

There are THREE things people are wanting when looking at other's posts... They want to be:

  1. EDUCATED

  2. INSPIRED

  3. ENTERTAINED

Each of your posts should try and do one of the 3 above in order to be effective and for people to start to WANT to see more of your posts!

The KEY is... You need to SPEAK to the things YOUR IDEAL CUSTOMER OR COACH what want to be educated, inspired or entertained BY! (Here is a tip... Your ideal customer is likely someone just like YOU!)

Example:
A college-aged student isn't going to be interested in learning the same things about nutrition & fitness as a 60-year-old would be... they have different goals and priorities!

BUT -- If you are a mom to a 5-year-old and your ideal customer is also a mom to a younger child... you can BET that learning to feed your kids healthier food is likely a common interest for BOTH of you that you can then learn about and share helpful tips you try that she'll find relevant and useful!

FIRST THINGS FIRST... We need to discover more about YOU so that you can see just how diverse your posts can be to give you ideas when creating content to share!
