Types of Coaching Mistakes and Redirecting Towards SUCCESS Can I ask you something? Are you FOCUSED? Before you answer that let me explain more. So often I see coaches either not being consistent with their businesses OR not taking their business seriously OR being SUPER busy working a ton of hours and not seeing results. Do you fall into any of these categories? 1st Category: Coaches who don't understand why they aren't seeing results because they do so much with their businesses (they THINK) You really gotta give yourself a reality check and say "Am I working on my business doing the basic IMPORTANT things every single day? " This business is like weight loss. You can't expect to do a great job on your workout/eat clean on Monday and the rest of the week slack off and be like "Well I worked really hard on Monday why did I not lose any weight??" Im sure you hear this from your customers a lot and you know just as well as I do that CONSISTENCY is the most important part of your business. It's the SLIGHT EDGE effect ... doing the little things that are easy to do and also easy NOT to do can make a HUGE difference. It will either work FOR you or AGAINST you. Now the balls in your court! Below I will post a check list of the IMPORTANT things that MUST be done daily consistently and over time you will see a difference.

2nd Category: Coaches who don't think of this as a BUSINESS and don't treat it like one either. There are coaches that have big goals and whys and really WANT this but then they don't ACT on it. I think it's because this opportunity only cost $39.95 to join and you have to be your own boss so you might really not be taking YOURSELF seriously?!?! Either way you need to start acting as if you went to the bank and took out a $250,000+ business loan to start this and you NEED to make this work or you will have no way to pay the bank monthly. I mean guys we all need to WAKE UP and see the potential for each and every one of us. This is a million dollar opportunity and also a way for you to make a difference in the world and impact peoples lives majorly... so why slack on this and not put this as one of your TOP priorities? Sit down tonight and schedule business hours daily, conference call times, and set some goals ... It's time for us to wake up and start DOING!

3rd Category: Focusing on BUSY work and neglecting the important essential tasks. SO SO SO many coaches spend so many hours trying to grow their businesses and they have no clue why they aren't recruiting like a boss and growing their income?!?! It's so frustrating for them and discouraging! If this is you then you really need to (like I said above) schedule business hours, work from your to do list, and NO MATTER WHAT make sure to do the IMPORTANT tasks first (you know the ones that are easy to do but also easy not to do) and THEN if you have time left over that's when you do the busy work that is sucking up so much time. Like editing videos, blogging, trainings that aren't beachbody or team go getter related, multiple accountability groups , chatting with other coaches, etc. These things aren't WRONG they just need to be saved for later because this is WHY you are spending so much time but not seeing results. Again I will post below the things you need to FOCUS on first.

FOCUS ON WHAT WORKS first. Below is tasks that you need to focus on daily no matter what and be consistent with these things. When you have additional time of course work on your "busy work" but just remember the coaches who are in the top 10% are focusing on their IMPORTANT tasks and just talking to more people. So if I were you and had extra time I would just continue to do my power hour to do list & just triple it or even more. When your checks starts to grow you can hire an assistant or someone from Elance to do your busy work if you want.

Things that NEED to be done daily : 1. Drink shakeology 2. Do workout 3. Post 3x per day on facebook/instagram 4. Personal Development: Read the Slight Edge or the Compound Effect if you haven't yet. Magic of Thinking Big is great too.

Power Hour TO DO list: 1. Add new people to your network (3-5 at a minimum) if you want to grow your business faster add 10,15,20+) 2. Return all messages 3. 2 shares per day (if you want to grow faster talk to MORE ppl like 5-20) IMPORTANT : make sure to present the business to at least 3-5 ppl per week ... if you want to grow your team faster present to more ppl like 15+ ) 4. Invite to your upcoming challenge 5. Follow Up 6. Track Progress

Again after you complete the minimum I would try and just do MORE on this list before i would move onto my busy work. Im telling you RIGHT NOW that if you aren't successful at your business YET and you have been putting in the time and work then you just need to tweak something because this business doesn't play favorites. ANYONE can do this.. LITERALLY... so if it's not working for you just tweak what you are doing and give yourself a reality check and start applying these things. I bet you start seeing results after 30-60 days of doing it if not sooner.
