Hi 🙋🏼♀️! It me! Just thought I’d re-introduce myself since it’s been a minute and I have a lot of new friends this month!
First off, thanks so much for the follow & love on my photos. I put a lot of my heart & soul into my page. It’s really become a passion & expression for me.
So my name is Seay! Looks like "See-ay" but pronounced like "Shay". (It's Gaelic like "Sean" but is really just a pain in my butt explaining it to people every single day. 😡)
⭐️First Life Tip: Don't try and be all "clever" when naming your kids. It's an ongoing time waster for them. Imagine all the brilliant things your kid could actually be saying and doing with their time if they didn't have to explain their name with every hand shake....😜
I was born in Belize, Central America in 1972. I'm actually REALLY from there, 4 generations. Non-military. My husband was born and raised in England and follows the Aston Villa.
Poor guy rarely gets to smile.
My claim to fame was my sophomore year in college I was the 3rd leading scorer in the Nation, in Women’s College Soccer. I still play at 45 years old, but I mostly try and get out of it because I don't like to run all that much anymore. But my totally hot British "futbol" hubby thinks it's kinda hot that I can play, so to keep a 2nd marriage alive, I stick with it. 🔥
Neil and I have three awesome kiddos, Raina (16) who's into everything Figure Skating & Japanese, Reese (14) who's our Civil Air Patrol badass and Reagan (8) who's into camping & gaming. We have a German Wire-haired Pointer FurBaby, named Charlotte, yes, after the little Brit Princess, herself. 🐶
I'm into people with a sense of humor, do what they say they will, are BIG thinkers and wine drinkers.🍷

I love ❤️ decorating, gardening, cooking, learning about new cultures through travel and all things turquoise. I'm crap at fashion, make up and hair. 👎🏻 But I'm darn good at photoshop apps and angles that make me look like I can pull my look together. 👍🏻 I'm known for my loyalty, honesty, grit and sarcasm.
PHYSICALLY, I’ve been a “diet dater” my entire adult life. I’ve pretty much tried every “diet” out there for a period of time, only to resort back to savory food and wine. :-p I was in the best shape of my life when I turned 40, and struggled with Breast Implant Illness (which I didnt think was a REAL THING for the longest time). I had my toxic tatas removed in May 2018 and feel like a younger person every day.
One thing I have learned through my struggle is that food consumption for me is more about QUALITY than it is CALORIES. I tried some really scary diet regimes back in the day that I know reeked havoc on my gut and overall health.
Although still not perfect myself, I’ve come to understand the importance of exercise and consuming nutrient-dense super foods while reducing chemicals, pesticides and processed foods. I do feel YEARS of extreme diets and poor food quality has caught up with my body- & didnt help my BII issues, either.
Now, I try to do eat towards health each day and do the best I can, but with an active social life and love for food, I still struggle with consistency.
PROFESSIONALLY, I left Corporate America pharmaceutical sales in 2009 after having Reagan and never looked back. Have you ever felt like life was passing you by because of your job? I missed so much with my children because of work- or was too tired after work to be any good to them.
I have always had this desire to control my own time and have freedom, coupled with the fear of being stuck in a career where I felt like just a number and living with little significance in what I did everyday. I am now a very successful momprenuer that's turned her passion for holistic nutrition education, health and fitness, leadership and public speaking into her home based BUSINESS.
My mission is to inspire you live your potential in health, wealth and overall quality of life.
I hope to add value to your world by sharing fun, fitness, motivation, inspiration, family and sometimes some serious nutrition and business mic drops that may possibly annoy you, but I'm hoping to make you think a little differently 🤔

Zesty Chicken Salad
The best flavors of mexico combined in one seriously addicting salad.
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 oz fajita seasoning (recipe below)
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
1 can organic black beans (15 oz, rinsed and drained)
11 oz corn (fresh is best)
1 poblano pepper, diced
1/2 cup salsa of your choice
1 package mixed salad greens (or the equivalent of 10oz in any other greens you prefer such as spinach and romaine.)
1 chopped onion
1 tomato, cut into wedges
Stir together in a small bowl
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Cut chicken breast horizontally, leaving you with 2 halves. Rub evenly with fajita seasoning. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook chicken 8-12 minutes on each side, until it runs clear. Strain with a colander and a paper towel to get rid of excess grease. Slice or pull apart for topping the salad, and set aside.
- In a large pan, mix beans, corn, poblano, salsa, and remaining fajita seasoning. Heat over medium heat until all of the ingredients are warm.
3. Get the salad ready by tossing the greens, onion and tomato together evenly. Top with chicken, and dress it up with the bean and corn mixture. Tortilla chip strips and a sprinkle of cheddar are a great touch!
