Yummy Spicy Creole Chicken Recipe
This chicken recipe is a quick and easy for those busy nights. The left overs also work well as the protein in your salad for lunch the next day. If you aren't a fan of cayenne, you can always switch it out for the more smokey taste of chipotle pepper.
Baked Chicken with Creole Seasonings
4 boneless, skinless organic chicken breast (or chicken tenders) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Creole seasonings (recipe below)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Lay the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with creole seasonings Bake for 30-35 minutes until the juices run clear and the internal temp is 165.
1/3 cup paprika 3 tbsp dried oregano 3 tbsp ground black pepper 2 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp onion powder 4 tsp dried thyme 4 tsp garlic powder
Mix ingredients in a mason jar with the top on and shake until well combined.
