You will need: 1lb of wild caught salmon filet, skin removed 1/4 cup grade B pure Maple Syrup 1/4 cup stone ground Dijon mustard Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Spray non stick cooking spray on a sheet pan Place the salmon on the pan, salt & pepper and set aside In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and Dijon mustard together Then pour the mixture over the salmon, and coat well using a basting brush or the back of a spoon. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is a light pink and flaky.
