What good is: Building the Post Having the Conversation Creating Value Sharing what program is best for them Overcoming Price with a customer and then NOT CLOSING??
Because so often people get uncomfortable with it. It can be done as softly as "Whats holding you back" or more firmly like "Are you ready to order? or What flavor do you want?"
What ever close works for you, always reinforce the conversations youve had, and the positives. Get them agreeing "yes" and if there is nothing left to discuss, then it is time to CLOSE! Also, once you have, STOP TALKING!. DOn't fill the uncomfortable silence. Let the customer step into the silence with what is left.
Not only does a close help move your process along, but it also helps you manage your time and customers for the month knowing where they stand.
