Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe

This peanut butter banana bread is a perfect treat. It's gluten free, sugar free, and pairs nicely with your favorite cup of joe.

Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients: • 4 ripe bananas, peeled • 4 eggs • 1/2 cup all-purpose gluten free flour • 1/2 c natural peanut butter • 3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce • 1 tbsp liquid coconut oil • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper In a stand mixer or medium bowl with a hand mixer, combine the eggs with the bananas. Mix until the bananas are well mashed. Add in the peanut butter, flour, applesauce, coconut oil, baking powder and soda, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F., until the top is golden and a toothpick poked in the center comes out dry. Allow loaf to cool 5 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
