Paleo has become the newest trend in eating. It's basic tenet is to eat the way the cavemen did. If they could hunt for it, or gather it they ate it. This meant wild game, wild caught fish, leafy greens and native fruits and vegetables. In today's terms it means focus on wild caught fish, grass fed meat, pastured meat and eggs. Eat plenty of vegetables and keep fruits, nuts and seeds to a minimum. Grains, cereal, pasta, sugar, and candy are big no-no's. Today, I am sharing a great breakfast that meets the requirements for Paleo. It's a delicious option for brunch.
