Imagine all of the indulgent deliciousness of sour cream to meet all of your sour creamy desires, but without the dairy, preservatives, or guilt. This easy recipe of all-natural ingredients is so good you will want to keep some on hand all the time. NonDairy Sour Cream Ingredients:

1 cup whole raw cashews Water for soaking

1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon lime juice 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 1/4 teaspoon nutritional yeast

NonDairy Sour Cream Instructions:

Soak the cashews overnight in enough water to completely cover them, then drain and rinse before use.

Combine the soaked cashews with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor including the 1/2 cup of water. Blend thoroughly until the consistency is very smooth - add additional water in small amounts if needed. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Store refrigerated for up to three days.
