Assignment:

What the "F" are my goals? / Be the curious child / Visualize it Here are some tools to help you and your team craft your VISION, identify your deep rooted reason WHY these are your goals, then close your eyes and visualize exactly what it will feel like, smell like, taste like, look like and sound like.

STEP 1: The 8 F's Next to each category, write down your specific goals.

1. FAMILY 2. FINANCES/BUSINESS 3. FITNESS & HEALTH 4. FOOD & NUTRITION 5. FUN STUFF 6. FREE TIME 7. FRIENDS/RELATIONSHIPS 8. FAITH

STEP 2: Be the Curious Child Just like a child who always asks, "But why?" you realize "Because I said so" just doesn't cut it.

After you have written down your goals, go back and ask yourself, "BUT WHY DO I WANT THIS?" This is what is going to not only help you identify what you really want but to also keep pushing forward on those days when thing are going in the opposite direction. This is the exercise that is going to help you stay focused and driven...to reach your non-negotiables!

STEP 3: Visualize It Now take these goals and do a visualization exercise to know exactly what it FEELS like when you achieve them. Go as far as identifying what it will smell like, the sounds you will hear when it happens, etc. The more you SEE these goals unfolding, the more you will push for them and never give up.

WHEN THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT SOME OTHER WORKOUT OR SUPPLEMENT THEY'RE USING:

" Well, are you happy with the results you're getting or are you open to something new? "

WHEN THEY ASK WHERE THEY CAN BUY IT OR SHOW INTEREST IN BUYING IT:

" Well you can get it from Beachbody, but if you're thinking about doing it, I can send you a link and they'll give me credit just for referring you. "

WHEN YOU'RE EXPLAINING WHY THEY SHOULD FOLLOW YOUR RECOMMENDATION:

"Well typically people buy a challenge pack because it comes with everything you need and you save the most money. "

^^ The word TYPICALLY is very powerful because people want to do what others typically do.

WHEN GIVING A SUGGESTION:, TIE IT BACK TO THEIR GOAL, and make a RECOMMENDATION:

"If you want to achieve that goal of .....,  I RECOMMEND that you do you XYZ. Take a look at it, and if you feel it's a good fit for you, let me know and we'll get started.."

WHEN EXPLAINING SHAKEOLOGY & WHY IT'S SO EXPENSIVE, Relate to their concern first, and use FEEL, FELT, FOUND... " I know how you feel because I felt the same way... here's what I've found..."

End your msg with this: " If there’s anything worth investing in, it’s your health, right?  "
