Lemon- Coconut Truffles Recipe

2 cups unsweetened coconut

½ cup almonds

2 tbsp organic honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 lemon – zested and juiced


Blend all ingredients in a food processor for a minute

Roll mixture into 1 inch balls

Place on a tray and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
