I am so excited to share the newest Beachbody program with you, Hammer and Chisel. It looks to be a KICK BUTT addition to the amazing work out programs already under the
Hammer and Chisel is the result of two top trainers, Sagi Kalev (Body Beast) and Autumn Calabrese (21Day Fix), combining their collective fitness knowledge and expertise. They both are experienced fitness competitors and skilled at creating that sculpted, shredded body everyone wishes they had.
Sagi and Autumn will share their strategies in this breakthrough program of resistance training to lose body fat, create strong muscle and chisel your body into a statuesque ripped physique.
Hammer and Chisel is a 60-day program designed to help you get that visually dramatic physique you’ve dreamed of. It will help you shed fat, build muscle and get ripped. Each workout is 30-40 minutes long and will have modifiers built in. There are two paths for this program, one is to build muscle and the other is designed to create a shredded physique. The goal of the program is to help you gain endurance, balance, agility and flexibility. It is a high intensity workout with a focus on proper form.
If you already use the 21-Day fix food containers and eating plan you can continue using them with Hammer and Chisel.
