You will LOVE this Salmon Recipe!!! It's a delicious and easy way to enjoy the omega 3 rich fish. The honey lime glaze is perfection!

Honey Lime Glazed Salmon

For the Glaze: • 5 TB organic honey • zest of 1 lime • 2 TB fresh lime juice

For the Salmon: • 4 6-8oz salmon fillets • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 water soaked plank for the grill

DIRECTIONS 1. In a small heavy saucepan, whisk together all glaze ingredients. 2. Sprinkle a light layer of kosher salt and black pepper on both sides of salmon fillets. 3. Pre-heat the gas grill to 350 degrees, leaving one side of burners off. Place the planks on the cool side of the grill. 4. Place the filets on the planks, brush the tops with the honey lime glaze, and bake until cooked through. Close the grill, and check on the filets after 5 minutes. The fish is done when it’s pale pink all the way through. Don’t overcook it. 5. Remove from the heat and serve with a garden salad. (recipe adapted from Chew Out Loud)
