Chicken Salad with Grapes & Celery

1 roasted chicken shredded with the skin removed

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Poultry seasoning to taste

Black Pepper to taste

3 celery stalks- diced

1 cup grapes halved

Fresh lemon juice


Place the chicken in a large bowl, along with the celery and grapes and set aside.

In a smaller bowl mix the Greek yogurt with poultry seasoning and sate and pepper to taste. Stir in a teaspoon of lemon juice, more if you’d like.

Fold the dressing into the bowl with the chicken, grapes and celery.  Chill and serve.
