Start your day or top off a meal with these delicious, hearty pecan & coconut bars made with all-natural ingredients. Be prepared to make a second batch as they tend to disappear pretty fast.

Paleo Coconut Pecan Breakfast or Dessert Bars

Ingredients:

1 tsp Coconut Oil

2 organic eggs

1 ripe banana- mashed

¼ cup honey

½ tsp vanilla

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

4 tbsp coconut milk

½ cup chopped

 

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees; grease an 8x8 baking pan with the coconut oil

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs well and add the banana, honey and vanilla. Mix well.

Add in the coconut flour and coconut milk. Mix well so there are no lumps in the batter.

Spoon batter into a prepared 8x8 baking pan

Bake 20-25 minutes or until the center is firm

Cut into 16 squares.
