Snickerdoodle Bars

¾ cup almond flour ¼-tsp baking soda ½-tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup 2 tbsps cashew butter 2 tbsps unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Topping: ½ tbsp. palm sugar ¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 Prepare topping by mixing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside Line a rectangular 11 x 19 pan with parchment paper In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, mix well Add in the maple syrup cashew butter, almond milk and vanilla mix until well combined with the flour mixture. It may be sticky. Fold the dough out onto the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping over the pan Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool. Cut into 10 bars and enjoy!
